232 Medical, led by Dr Barbara Byrne, is a new facility located in the heart of Harold's Cross. New patients are most welcome.

Children
At 232 Medical our aim is to provide an accessible, friendly and helpful environment where parents can bring their children for a medical opinion, advice and treatment. We hope to make children feel as relaxed as possible for a consultation.
General GP Services
232 Medical aims to provide excellent, friendly and expert GP health care to our patients across the full range of general practice and family medicine services. From vaccinations to health checkups we aim to provide highest level of service.
Men's Health
As well as general health consultations, we can also address medical concerns including acute and chronic illness, stress or anxiety, conditions such as heart disease, sexual health issues, concerns about prostate or testicular cancer and erectile dysfunction.
Mental Health
We provide a safe, reassuring and non-judgemental environment to discuss any issues or concerns with regard to your general mental health. This may include depression, anxiety, bereavement or stress management at work or home.
We have particular expertise in Women's Health.
Dr. Barbara Byrne has a particular interest in Women’s Health issues including contraception choices, Mirena Coil insertions and Menopause Consultations. 232 Medical provides the care women need at all stages of their life and aims to help women take the best possible care of their health.

Dermoscopy
Dermoscopy is a quick, painless and non-invasive way of examining moles and other skin lesions in greater detail. Using a specialised handheld instrument that combines magnification with focused lighting, your doctor can see structures and patterns that may not be visible to the naked eye. This helps identify lesions that appear harmless, as well as those that may need monitoring, further investigation or specialist assessment.
Pelvic Floor Clinic
After childbirth, many women experience embarrassing loss of bladder control or bowel control during exertion or when coughing. There are now multiple ways of retraining the muscles that support the pelvic floor. In conjunction with local specialist physiotherapists, we are a community-based multidisciplinary team managing the diagnosis, assessment and management of pelvic floor problems.
Acne Clinic
Acne can affect people of any age and may significantly impact confidence and well-being. At the 232 Medical Acne Clinic, we provide a full skin assessment, review any treatments you have already tried, and create a treatment plan suited to the type and severity of your acne.
Our treatment options include prescription creams, oral medication and, where clinically appropriate, isotretinoin, commonly known by the brand name Roaccutane.
